As you may know, spring is the season that most women turn to diets, nutrition etc. In winter people are usually careless about their healthy lifestyle and weight because the body is snowed under a lot of jumpers and jackets. Therefore, when the spring is here I am one of the people who are totally interested in diets and physical exercises.
So far I tried several diets but without significant success. They made me feel too tired and faint or the products were too expensive. This spring, however, I decided to try one more time, choosing nutrition that was recommended in an interview by Svetlyo Kantardjiev– Director of Marketing Department in popular Biograph Magazine.
He says that Nordic Diet is an ideal way to keep fit in the spring because it includes many healthy products (fish for example) and refreshes the body with vitamins, minerals, omega-3 fatty acids. The body during that period needs relaxing. The diet is really accessible so that was my main reason to taste it. While it includes a variety of seafood with strange and interesting names, it turns out that they are not as expensive as I thought. Prices are accessible if you look for promotional offers.
I am absolutely enthusiastic about Nordic Diet and I really like it because do not make me feel hungry or disgruntled.
